I bought it with uncertainty since the reviews were not helpful. I had liposuction and the second week I had fibrosis on my arm, it was very large and I used this cream with the massager of the same brand, it gradually disappeared, it took 2 to 3 weeks. The product does work, I recommend massaging twice a day. I hope this comment helps you.

The lid was broken when I received this item. Still giving a 5 star for now because it could have happened during the shipping process and probably not the seller’s fault. I’m going to still use it and hope it doesn’t dry out or anything. But it’s really soft. Has some grit in it. Smells like icy hot and ancira gel. We shall see.

First off, they don't really emphasize the fact that this has walnut shells which is a cause for concern for some people who have nut allergies. I would have walnut shells bolded in the ingredient list at least. I have some tree nut allergies and I'm used to looking for them in the bolded section so imagine others could easily miss this ingredient. As a fibrosis treatment, this cream seems to work well. But it is VERY oily and leaves walnut shell residue all over the place you're working on. I tried to get it off with a cloth and warm water as they suggested, and I still had little dark flecks and lots of oil on me. I ended up having to take a shower and scrub it off with a loofah. Even after that...I still found walnut shells on me. I'm going to have to not go out in public for a while because I'm a walking allergen for some people. haha. I do like the smell though, and my skin is soft. As I said, it seems like a fine treatment option if you don't have allergies and don't mind a few walnut shells lingering.

hace unos ocho meses, tuvo una operación y me compré esta crema porque estaba presentando síntomas de fibrosis y la verdad me ayudó muchísimo, se me retiró prácticamente todo me ayudó mucho mucho mucho, les recomiendo que se la compren y se la lleven a sus masajistas cuando le estén haciendo sus masajes de drenaje linfático posoperatorio de liposucción
