This has been a great help with my inflamation issues! I was using another product that was a powder form in a capsule, and reluctantly bought this because my capsule order kept getting pushed back with delivery schedule. I was reluctant because I really don't believe that gummies can be all that beneficial (I think - candy). I did a little research on this brand and others and this was the better of the pick.This is very YUMMY! (so it shouldn't work, right?) - It works great! I feel great every day. These gummies taste good, they do not clump together in the bottle, so they are easy to get out of the bottle. I take a variety of gummies; most get stuck together and very frustrating to remove the amount you need.

Tumeric is a vital nutrient for good health and black pepper is also highly touted for its anti inflammatory properties. My wife did not like the taste, but I did. Price is reasonable. So I would recommend.
