It seems pretty good so far.
I did a few small jobs with it and it has worked great.

instructions leave a lot to be desired
The Machine works great now that I've finally got it set up. But the instructions that came with it were not as helpful as they should be. No online help or phone number to call.

Disappointing
The saw arrived in good shape, and went together quickly. The instructions aren't clear, but barely sufficient to get it the machine assembled. Unfortunately, the upper guide housing is poorly secured, which will no doubt weaken with use. When the saw is turned on, the table vibrates and shakes, making precise feed to the blade disconcerting. The fence is poorly engineered and constructed, specifically the flimsy bracket that grips the outfeed side of the table. I realize the 90-040 is an economical solution for those wanting an entry level stationary band saw, however, I believe the substandard construction will only frustrate the user and worsen over time.

Wasn't expecting much but.......
Going into it I wasn't expecting much but what I got was even less. Over all it looks good but the roller guides are horrendous. Very poor design. Motor and idler wheel are very unbalanced. And let's leave it at that. If you're not a woodworker and have experience with bandsaws you may want to look else where. I was hoping for the best and got a turd. Hahaha

Assembly requires considerable mechanical and engineering skill to make this saw reliable.
Basic engineering design is good, but quality control of parts and assembly of components is lacking. The blade guide assemblies were poorly machined and 3 of the six blade guide bearings were unserviceable and required replacement. Tires on both wheels required replacement in order to reduce vibration and proper blade cutting. With the improvements I have made, I now have a well adjusted saw that feel will be serviceable for my needs. After 16 hours for assembly, remanufacturing, and new part installation, I now have a well functioning band saw. A review of the warranty parts replacement protocol made me realize that utilizing it so solve my problems was too complicated and not user friendly.

A bad choice.
Poorly designed, assembly was sloppy and the upper wheel has a horrendous wobble. To make matters worse since I purchased this on amazon my only recourse to to return the whole saw when all I really want is a new upper wheel.
