This meal powder has a nice taste and blended very easily, the flavor was nice and chocolatey and it seemed to satisfy me for hours. I use this for my lunch on busy days, it is very convenient and takes no time to mix and drink. I have tried several of these meal powders and would recommend this one for others to purchase.

I first used this brand on a doctor-supervised weight loss program. It was good for a quick breakfast or even lunch. Years later, I looked for it again because it's super convenient and tastes pretty to me. I always only get chocolate, so I have no opinion on other flavors. I like thick smoothies, but sometimes they are too much of a hassle. You have to get out all of the ingredients and get the blender dirty. That's where this comes in. I mix mine with ice cold water in a shaker bottle, no electricity needed. It has the consistency of chocolate milk, but not as smooth. One serving keeps me satisfied for about 4 hours, give or take. I'm pretty sure if you mixed it in a blender with some almond milk (my personal fav) it would be nice and creamy. It has a decent amount of protein per serving. Of course, more protein would be better. At a little over $2 per serving, I feel it's a good value. I definitely feel like it's a better choice than slim-fast, muscle milk and all the others. Too much bad stuff in those. I'll stick with these.

I would have given it 4 stars because the taste is mild if you make it into a shake, but after trying another brand. this is the best one. it sets up as pudding, it taste pretty good and we are reording it.

They changed the vanilla flavor and color its not as good as it was when it came in pouches. The old vanilla color was white and this new one is yellow and thicker I wish the old vanilla flavor would return it tasted better and felt better on my stomach.

The chocolate tastes COMPLETELY different than the pre-packaged did. I have both and compared them. The taste difference is blatantly obvious. This is not the same formula. Not one bit.

Hi, I buy a lot of this stuff and end up throwing it away because it’s awful. But I love the taste of this. I have it as a dessert. 100 cal dessert. I add three-quarter cup of water. Frozen fruit. And four ice cubes. And I have the best smoothies/dessert. It is expensive, but everything is expensive. Highly recommend.

Product is OK, but the container is HUGE... the pudding only filled 1/3 of the container. ;(
