Tintin Collection of Full Sized Hardcovers - 24 Titles

Just be patient when ordering this collection - it arrived from India (printed in China and Slovenia) in perfect condition and complete! It was so well packed it took me some time to carefully unwrap it. A big Thank You to the seller - great job!

When I was a lad my Dad used to read these to me. I loved the stories and my Dad used to do voices for Captain Haddock, Professor Calculus, the Thompsons, etc. Now that I have become a father I want to introduce my daughter to the wonderful world of Tintin. The delivery was prompt and very well packed. I love the hardback versions of these books and, with care, they will last a long time. You can probably get all of these on your iPad/Kindle/tablet etc., but there is something special about opening a book and turning the pages. I can't wait until my daughter is old enough that we can read them together. Maybe Grandad will come over and lend his voice to Captain Haddock.

Of course anyone considering buying this set would be either an old fan or a recent discoverer. Whatever your disposition, this purchase will not disappoint. It delivers the 23 recognised Tintin books as written by Herge/Herge Studios. There is a 24th book but it is not Tintin and Alph-Art, it is Tintin and the Lake of Sharks. Though that particular adventure is not as pleasing as the ones by Herge it does try. Delivery of the books was surprisingly prompt. I received it three days after the day I completed the purchase. The books were in excellent condition.

Ordered from Navrang Intl. Description said 23 books but received 24 as per image including Alfh-Art and Land of Sharks. Congo was not included as described.

Although advertised as 24 books and CONGO is mentioned in description, when i received there were only total 23 books and CONGO was NOT among them. Even in my invoice it is written 24 books. While i received only 23 books total. Please change the item as 23 books and remove congo edition from the title and book picture, so people buying it are not feeling they have been cheated. Other than the issue above, the books are great and great packaging. Wish the collection was complete as described.
