I buy this solar string light for my small garden outside, and I am very happy with it. It is 24 feet long and has 50 small crystal ball shape lights, looking very pretty in night time. My wife say it make the garden feel like wedding function! 😄Very easy to set up, no wire tension because it is solar powered. I just put the small solar panel in sunny place and it charge during the day, then whole night the light is on. It has 8 different light modes — my children enjoy the flashing one the most, but I like steady glow, it give peaceful feeling after long day.Waterproof also, so even in rain I don’t worry. I use it for Eid decoration also, and many neighbours say “very nice decoration, bhai!” So now I plan to buy one more for inside in lounge for family gatherings.Overall, very good quality, strong lights, and no electricity bill! Pakistani bhai and behno, I recommend this very much — good for home, party, garden, anything.

These are very pretty lights with small bulbs which are very cute. They are substantial enough but the solar panel is quite flimsy so I do not expect them to last a particularly long time. All the very good reviews here are for items purchased very recently. The same lights from the same supplier listed elsewhere on Amazon (with German reviews and a different number of bulbs - currently unavailable) had comments claiming they only lasted a short while (loose contacts after a few days/failure after a year/two years). These ones, of course, may be an improved version. As they are not too pricey, if they last a couple of years, that might be OK imo. But I suggest bringing them inside in Winter.

The lights are the size of large marbles with bubbles inside that make them glisten when the light shines through them. They look really good wound around my the handrail of my balcony. Being solar powered means there isn't a need for mains power with extra cables connecting to the lights. The solar panel absorbs enough sunlight to power the lights for many hours even when it's not been such a sunny day. The lights give off a warm glow that can be changed between 8 different lighting modes including twinkling, fading, steady on, flashing etc. They are a simple & effective way to light up the garden at a low cost.

Bought two sets of these lights which were fine and work well, they give off a pleasant light and were easy to set up. Based on this I ordered another set they arrived and on unpacking and setting them up noticed a broken wire. They obviously failed to work. Ordered another set exactly the same thing and mounting bracket was missing. Needless to say both are being returned for a refund, which is a shame. However I will not be ordering another set once bitten, twice shy and all that.

The lights are pretty. But the issue is that the plastic covers keep coming off from the LED. There is no mechanism to clip it into place. It's not the best design. I have been picking the covers up from the floor everyday trying to push them back. They just keep coming off.
