The science behind this is solid but for this particular device less so which was my experience. When I could get it into the right position it worked, you can believe the hype. However, I had to hold it in place otherwise it would cause facial muscles to contract and was uncomfortable even on a low setting.I will say it definitely lessened my headaches and post workout aches, and I did feel relaxed using it. My HRV also improved and resting heart rate dropped.I’m convinced by the science, just not this device.

You need to download the app before you start using the device. With its help, you can choose how much you want to use. The massager is not big, it is convenient to have it with you. I often have a sore neck, so this device is a real salvation for me

Product works. App kicks you off when travelling and doesn’t recognise your email address. You try and re join and it tells you your email address exists.Client services good at advising to delete app and retry and no response following that when you explain that it still has an issue.
