Love it!

Needed something cheap for school and decided to by this HP laptop. Works perfectly for zoom classes and Microsoft office. Good battery life and charges very fast. It has great sound from speakers, awesome picture, and perfect size for a backpack. I have zero complaints 5 stars and a great Price.

It was a good one I like it

im changing this review because of recent isues. the keyboard is almost unuseable at this time. some keys dont work properly, others just dont work at all. The battery doesn't hold a charge so i bought another charger. after charging for a couple days it fuly charged. the browser scren takes up alot of the space thats hard to change so far.i doubt ill buy another used or restuored tablet because of the inconvenience this has caused me.I'm not gonna try & return it mostly cuz I think the warranty expired. Didn't see a reason to upgrade it during checkout when I bought it. chromebooks were not something i was familiar with . this product is overpriced for a used unit but functions so far. google isn't as safe as you might think. wireless requires too many redundancies & passwords & this unit is almost 100 percent wireless . Although it worked fine for about a month I wouldn't buy another used / restored unit mostly because of the inconvenience & time lost and return policies involved. I had a gateway laptop for about 10 years that never had a battery or charging issue. I'll definitely buy a newer model if possible. Used products aren't worth the trouble for my own needs.

Thought it was something else, but wouldn't recommend but it does have great tracking and touch sensitive as for why no recommendation it will easily break as when I got it out of the box I quickly found it's really flexible as it's made of a soft plastic and just by holding the frame I can click the track pad under the computer. So in short its good for home office use, though I do wish it was more versatile

works reasonably well; some physical scratches and discoloration to casing; also screen color balance/contrast is very washed out and unable to adjust (brightness only makes it worse); so, for the price point it's ok, probably wouldn't buy again though.
