Purchased for my 4 year old who is ASD and she loves them! So, they must be comfortable! They are easy to put in, we did have trouble with them falling out occasionally but I think we weren't putting them in properly.

My son goes swimming a lot and it’s helped block the water from his ears. He gets ear infections a lot but these have helped prevent that. They seemed to be comfortable and they don’t bother him.

These earplugs are great. My kiddos has tubes in his ears, & I really needed something to help protect his little ears from water. Whether in the bath, or swimming, he needed something. The ear plugs are just as described, smaller than those for adults. Designed for swimming. Maybe my daughter's age is too small? It doesn't really stay in place.
