Sleep has improved!
This works very well for sleep use. I used a half dropper and it was really potent. I now use about 4 - 6 drops per the directions to use with a little liquid. I usually sleep a good amount of hours before I wake using this.

Worked but made me sleepy
This product did work. However, it did make me very sleepy & lethargic. But it might not have that effect on others.

Restful sleep, vivid dreams
I use this in rotation with a few other sleeping products, and it is currently my favorite sleeping aid. I don't dare take it every night, as I develop a tolerance for sedatives quickly and rotate with Kratom tea and Benadryl. Poppy extract is effective as well, but it is best saved for the nights when constipation and insomnia are coupled together. (I find it interesting that opiates stop you up, yet poppy extract is quite "cleansing".)This passionflower extract tastes a bit like amaretto, so it pleasant in tea or water. I have experimented with various herbs that are meant to induce vivid dreams, and this extract is as intense a dream enhancer as anything I have tried. There isn't a fog or a hangover in the morning, although expect to wake up wondering WTF??????

Best quality
A friend recommended the HerbPharm brand a few years ago. I have used nothing else since. What I like best about their brand is that they offer standardized tinctures, which means you're always getting the same dosage every time you buy a bottle.I bought the passionflower for relaxing. It's easy on the body, and I know each time I take it I'm getting the same dosage. While everything they sell is all natural, make sure you do your research. These are medicines, and should be treated as such.

but not bad. I generally need a Trazadone to get me ...
There's definitely a noticeable relaxant effect. The taste is... herbal, but not bad. I generally need a Trazadone to get me to sleep, and then I have to discipline myself into relaxing so it can work. With this, even more so than valerian, falling asleep is an eventuality more than a choice (although I used about 3x the suggested dose before I felt much).Like a lot of extracts, this has a heavy alcohol component. I put it in a glass of cheap bota box red; the flavor was very strong and herbal--I actually really enjoyed the taste but I'm a little weird about herbal flavoring in liqueur and wine, so don't trust me on that really.Bottom line, if sleep hygiene doesn't work for you, try melatonin on a strict regime. If that doesn't work, try it and Valerian. If that doesn't work, try melatonin and this. This is powerful in a normally adult way: you'll get sleepy, very sleepy. Nothing fun, just a kind of expensive alternative to waiting on insurance. If sleep I'd the goal, go forth. Otherwise? Just know this is a sleepy drug, not a party drug.

It's more like a sleeping aide and I would not recommend for any other reason
I took less than the recommended dose, and it did not have the effect of reducing anxiety. It did, however, include being drowsy and forgetful. I took this late in the morning, and after an hour, I got sleepy and took a nap at noon. I then woke up with a slight headache and slight confusion. Thus, this might be helpful for sleeping but not for reducing stress. I recommend looking up the side effects of taking passionflower. This paragraph did take me a while to write as I am still under the effects of it.
