This is the second bottle I have purchased of Liokareas olive oil. I drink one tablespoon every day, so I get to taste it by itself every time, and the flavor and texture is smooth throughout the short time it stays in my mouth, and the finish is just the same flavor as the opening. I had previously purchased another brand, and the finishing taste of that brand was unpleasant, so i am pleased with the overall smooth taste and quality of Liokareas. Early harvest organic extra virgin olive oil is the highest in health benefits as well, which was a top selling point for me.

Wonderful olive oil great taste

It has a shorter shelf life

Order arrived quickly. I am giving this oil a one-star for freshness and a two-star for flavor: One-star for freshness because this oil is from a 2022 bottling. Two-star for flavor because the oil tastes a bit rancid. The label on the bottle says product expires in about 4 months, so very short shelf life. One thing to be aware of is that this bottle is smaller than comparable Greek olive oils, 8.45 ounces versus 17 ounces for just about the same price. I don't mind paying more if the product is fresh, but it's not. Too bad... I was so looking forward to a great-tasting Organic Greek Olive Oil.
