What is the “natural flavor” in the ingredients?

There is no natural flavor to this salt substitute. The taste is HORRIBLE!!!

The response stating that since Nu Salt doesn't contain wheat (as a named ingredient) it must be gluten free is incorrect. Nu-Salt contains cream of tartar and natural flavors. Both of these can be sources of gluten. The accepted limit for gluten free foods is 20ppm gluten. That's not very much.

I don't know but I love this product. I cannot tell the difference from normal table salt.
