Old version not new
In the photos it is shown the newer version, but the one I received is the 2024/ old version. Can you refund my money or send me the new version of this product. In your advertisement they have used the 2025 or newer version photos from the brand.

Wrong product
Product is flawless. However I ordered the birthday cake flavour/scent and got the pink sugar instead, quite disappointing. There is no option to get a refund or replacement either.
