Game changer for better health. I thought I was going to be looking for a bed in a nursing home at only 66 years; my body was failing. I’m feeling better in many ways since using this plate. It’s appealing design and size fit well in my room. Is sturdy and powerful and is helping my body relax, reset, strengthen and move better.

Works great for stepping up the exercise routine and my wife likes and uses it daily. U-tube has some good 10 minute workouts that are easy to do. The remote control is easy to use and everything appears to be good quality and designed well.

My wife so much enjoys this product as a gift for Christmas. It’s a great toner product. It strengthens her core muscles. I even gets to use it. The suction cups holds well, so that this platform doesn’t tip over. You can preform many different workouts too.

No problems with it, works well. The settings are a bit confusing and the nubs on the platform are not comfortable without shoes on, in my opinion.
