Definitely Sharp!
I used it for our morning bagels, and it sliced through them easily. Knife handle and blade are works of art!

Fake knife, over-priced.
It’s cute but not Damascus steel.Everything has a fake feel to it from the not real wood handle, to the lightness of it. Nice looking but shouldn’t cost more than $50.

Thank you for the coupon
I’ve been a chef for 30 years, this is definitely a nice knife, but the $230 price tag that it originally went for, way to much, it was knocked down to $199 with an $80 coupon that’s the only reason I bought it, and that was a little pricy, these knife’s are not made in Japan, they are made in china, but in a very reputable town that’s been making knife’s for like 800 years or something like that, not as sharp as I would of liked, but it’s a good grip, and it’s a beautiful looking knife.
