Pretty
Pretty, comes sharp enough for most. Got it "on sale" but haven't checked if it's one of those perpetually "on sale" items or not. Packaging is standard for the price range (nice looking box, felt lined insert, etc. However, it doesn't come with an actual sheathe which is necessary where I live due to laws nor do I like knife bags meaning I can't take it in to work so it'll live in a drawer I guess.

Not worth it.
I have owned this knife for about two months and have used it 4-6 times and there are already signs of corrosion. I washed it by hand, dried it, and stored it in the original box. The knife has become a health hazard.

Beautiful and functional
Exquisitely crafted, even more beautiful than I thought. I 100% recommend this knife for not only its beauty, but its functionality. Well balanced and ergonomic. I've used it many times since recieving it on a wood board, and haven't noticed any dulling. Its ultra hard, so you wont notice anything for awhile anyways, if you dont hone between used. A great addition to my Japanese steel collection
