Great grill and customer support
Grill shipped quickly and packaging was excellent. Assembly instructions were clear and parts were clearly labeled as well. The grill itself works great and holds temps very well. The included cover is surprisingly fairly heavy duty. Additionally my experience with their customer service was excellent. I wanted to change my order of a different model to this one after my original order had already shipped. Customer support was very helpful in getting that delivery cancelled so I could get this model instead. Very happy with Z Grills.

Nice grill but came in with grill grate damaged
Easy to assemble and good directions. Only issue is the grill grate came in damaged on the cooking surface. . I have changed this to a 5 star from a 3 because their customer service is top notch. Z Grills is sending a replacement grill cooktop. Very satisfied with my purchase and their customer service.

great pellet grill
Great grill. Takes a little longer to heat up in the winter than our last grill (was much smaller) Even cooking and nice looking

Awesome but….
Easy to assemble. Works like a charm. Precise instructions. My only complaint is that there was a noticeable dent out of the box.

Great pellet smoker
Great grill and smoker! I smoked 2 slabs of ribs and they were great. Then a big pork shoulder,made pulled pork. I give this grill 5 stars!!!

Solid product at less than the name brands out there.
So far, so good. Assembled this yesterday. All well engineered and well packed. No issues with any of the parts. Assembly took about 4 hours but I took my time and only needed minimal assistance with lifting the cooking chamber on to the base. Haven't yet tested with an initial burn out but all good up to this point. Looking forward to cooking/smoking on this thing!

First pellet smoker
I’ve been using a “cabinet smoker” for years, graduated to pellet smoker Shipping issues quickly resolved, assembly was super easy, directions clear, parts correctly marked Very pleased with the purchase! Ready to season first burn, then start smoking!

So Versatile and Easy!
Was hesitant to switch to pellets, but I am completely sold now. Have had my grill for a year, works great on everything from brisket, steaks, ribs, hamburgers, even vegetables! Super great temperature control, and the built in meat probes help with the larger cuts. Don't skimp on the firebox cleanout because keeping that operating well is important. Simple shop vac every other time or so does the trick.
