I can't believe how well these work! I'm down to 125 lb doing exercise and taking these capsules; I did cut down to one a day because of belly ache, but other than that, I'm very pleased with my regularity and my weight loss, and I feel that these are help ing. They are small enough to be easily taken with water, ease of use there then. They actually do taste faintly of horseradish, but generally just taste like a typical capsule, so kind of papery and no big issue. I guess maybe pain relief is there, other than that, I think they're just relaxing me keep me regular, which would in turn alleviate any pain from feeling full.

I bought this due to the revealing of this product and how beneficial moringa is. Im currently breast feeding and this has helped me increase my supply a lot. Additionally, I feel much more energized and feel good overall. I highly suggest buying this product.

Okay product. I don't notice a difference.

The only difference I see is that I have cramps and diarrhea. I am very disappointed. An unwanted and expensive laxative.
