Q: Does this still work with the latest Sony A7iii firmware (2.0+)?

Yes in a nutshell. Back story - I had a problem (I had bought 4 of them) when the firmware came out all of my batteries stopped working. I thought I was out of batteries and money. I read other comments about contacting the company and they would make it right. So contacted the company concerning this problem just last week (March 2019). Once I proved that I had ordered batteries (just game them my amazon order number) they shipped me out new updated batteries for free. I can confirm the new batteries work fine now with Post 2.0+ firmware.

Q: I cant see a wall charger in the images. Is it included?

The charger works via USB, so it connects to a computer or via something like an Apple charger or phone charger

Q: Will these work with a7riv Firmware 1.20?

If this size battery works in your camera, I'm 99% positive it will not make any difference what firmware you are using. How could it?

Q: Will np-fh100 battery pack recharge with this charger

The charger and the two batteries are a great buy. I have only purchased Wasabi as I find them to be the best.
