I did not take this myself, but I gave it to my rooster, and he got so much better. He eventually passed. But he did get frisky before that. He was really sick.

Must mix in a flavored liquid. Otherwise the taste is unpalitable. I use essential oils under my tounge so I was hoping this would work the same. Not the case. However it does if you mix it with something and drink it.

I started to notice odd symptoms: chapped lips, sore tongue and eyes. After doing some research, I determined I was probably deficient in riboflavin (since I don't eat dairy, the main source of riboflavin in the American diet.)I bought riboflavin in a powdered caplet, but didn't notice much difference in symptoms after I took it. I concluded my odd symptoms were probably not due to riboflavin deficiency. I tried other things with no improvement. Every 6 months or so, I would revisit riboflavin, only to give up again because I saw no improvement in symptoms.In the meantime, I had good results with liquid forms of other vitamins. This time I decided to try a different form of riboflavin and purchased this product: riboflavin dissolved in glycerin and water.Now, theoretically, this product should have the same effect as powdered riboflavin. They are the same exact chemical--- except one is dissolved in glycerin and water. Theoretically they should be the same.IN REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE, though...This liquid product--- in about five days--- significantly improved my symptoms!!!!Mind you, this has been taking a VERY LOW dose of this since I didn't know how I would react to it I titrated this so that I was taking less than 1 mg per day (1 dropper full is about 6 mg.) Even at this very low dose, my longstanding symptoms are already at least 50% improved in ONLY FIVE DAYS!I thought the argument that riboflavin dissolved in liquid is "easier to absorb" was baloney, since your stomach has liquid and powdered riboflavin should easily dissolve in stomach acid. That still makes sense to me. However, I can't argue with results.The main point of my review is this:This product worked where others failed me.I don't understand why... but I don't need to understand why.I feel better!

I never write reviews but feel its necessary since the 1 star reviews on this product are so bogus and I want to offset them in support of the company. You are rating the product not your experience with shipping damage/amazon warehouse sending you a leaking bottle, or whether you like the taste. The product itself is great, it actually tastes good (not overly sweet, not bitter, no harshness of most liquid products/tinctures etc, just sortof like orange juice honestly) and it works. Its exactly what it says it is. Ive ordered it 8 times now. A pure, no nonsense source of riboflavin with no fillers or junk in it that I look forward to taking daily.

It says no flavor but oh my gosh this has an awful flavor!!! I had to throw it away. I can’t.
