There is one flaw with this scooter...when folded, there is no built-in feature to latch the folded handlebar neck in the down position to be used to lift the scooter up and down to put it in a car or other vehicle. If you can get passed this lack of feature, the scooter is well worth the money. In fact, I am keeping them both. They are pretty fast, and the weight is reasonable for the size. We had them (we have 2) up to 29 mph on a flat surface, the foot standing area is wide and good traction, nice headlight and side bling lights, but the blinkers are a little difficult to see from the rear (I don't really care), they are more visible at night. I still gave them 5 stars because the fix is an easy one. I will modify them so I can make them work, maybe with a spring-loaded clip of some sort. Coordination with the company has been outstanding considering the one-day delay in response (typical China product support). They even offered to have me return the scooters, but I declined. So, with all of this, I would definitely purchase this scooter again.

This was very disappointing as I purchased this item as a brand-new product.Additionally, the battery charger included feels extremely lightweight and low-quality, more like a secondary market charger rather than an authentic factory unit. This raises concerns about its reliability and safety.On the functional side, I charged the scooter for over 6 hours as instructed. During the entire charging period:The charger light stayed solid green and never switched to red.The scooter does not power on at all, even after a full first charge.This is my first use, and the scooter has never worked properly from the beginning.I have followed all standard troubleshooting steps, including:Checking the charger and outlet,Inspecting the charging port for visible damage,Attempting to power on after charging,Ensuring all connections were secure.Despite these efforts, the scooter remains completely non-functional.Given these facts, I believe the product may have been previously used and is defective — either due to a faulty battery or charger. I already own an M6 MAX 5600W dual drive scooter and it works great. So I decided to get a smaller one for my brother, it's lighter and smaller. Not as fast as my first one, but can go up to 28 MPH. Works great. The lights flash when we ride so it's easier for others to see it. I would recommend it to a friend. My charger disappeared during this time, I contacted customer service and they sent me a new charger very quickly.

Good scooter. Everything works as it should. Really like the wide platform. Range isn't as good as printed, but no company's is. Goes as far as I needed it to. Really fast with good suspension. Would recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a very bad poorly made scooter, screws, loosen and gets lost, the front silver knob loosens where you feel the whole handlebars shake, you have to stop and tighten it, then the screws came off, the whole stem for the handlebars came completely off. This scooter is not recommended.

I recommend the scooter go 30 miles an hour has good amount of range. The scooter takes me everywhere. I wanna go.
