Q: How many peppers in the 5oz pack?

There are approximately 14-16 whole peppers in the Guajillo and Pasilla bags and around 120 Arbol Chiles in a bag. Each individual bag is 5oz in weight for a total of 15 ounces.

Q: Are these peppers on the mild side? I don't like heat...typical midwestern here!

These peppers do give a mild heat. Nothing crazy. Tolerable.

Q: Has anyone tried germinating the seeds?
