READ ALL. so i ordered the lights and when they came the remote control didn't work. We tried different things to get it working and finally got it working for five-ish minutes. we emailed in saying it wasn't working and we were asked to send in a photo. Within two days the whole thing was sorted and we were told that they are sending us a the whole thing again. FOR FREE. YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT: THE WHOLE THING FOR FREE. Honestly amazed with it. also the product itself is amazing, it comes with the lights, the remote, instructions, and then some more adhesive-y type things and extra kinda like connectors. Ordered these lights to decorate the exterior of our house for xmas. Our last set broke as I was putting them up so I needed something quick. These were well packaged, affordable and delivery was spot on (same day!) They certainly gave our house the ‘wow’ factor over Xmas! Very pleased with the purchase.

The leds arrived quickly, they are very long (can almost fit all around my small room). The quality is great but the remote is what threw me off. It stopped working after 1 hour, but I downloaded the app so its okay I guess. They also come with extra adhesive in case they fall off.

These lights are such good quality . Lovely warm colour. The remote is fantastic, so easy to use and makes it easier to set to the different functions. Brilliant delivery too.

Turned on when tested. Once up the first few lights just flickered and the rest didn’t turn on at all. Also were very tangled and took ages to untangle. Complete waste of hours of time.

Disappointed in these lights. So far they're great in every other way, but I'm unhappy with the modes. I bought these because they had the "In Waves" mode and that's what I needed to match the other Christmas lights I have up. But after about the first 5-10 seconds, it switches to a quicker, flashier version of the In Waves mode. I just want it to be a constant normal In Waves mode. My other Christmas lights don't do this so now they won't match.

I've used this 10m set for a gaming desk backlight and the 20m version from the same manufacturer to fit into the coving all around the room. I wanted the desk to be separate from the room lighting in case I needed to move it in the future There are now two control units and thankfully they both use the same remote control and have the same function. Both sets came with two reels, but the 20m set has a 24v power supply and the 10m one is 12v. Thought I'd mention this as I was going to use a single adapter with a Y splitter to reduce cabling, but I am unable to do this sure to the voltage difference. They look really good though, and my son especially likes the sound activated setting. We've not tried the app yet, as we don't really need it, I may give this a go at a later time. The adhesive has lifted a little on the desk back near some of the corners, so hopefully this will not come away over time. I just hope that they last for a reasonable time as changing the ones around the coving would be a pain!

So my studio has terrible lighting and no room for floor lamps. So to not disturb my projector screen but still have light this is great!!! The remote is great and makes everything so much easier. If I need more light it’s a click away, need less is just the same. I hung it up with push pins and making my space so bright and sparkly. It’s in my home, so weather wise it’s fine in average AC temperature and little to complete absent wind gusts.
