If you like you can bite it easily and get that satisfying almost crunch. Or I like to press it between the roof of my mouth and tongue with just a bit of suction and feel it collapse then melt. I asked my daughter, and she said it's 'best' when you gnaw it a bit, not bite. But however you eat it, thr flavor is sweet without being too sweet or heavy.
