Overall if you need magnesium glycinate in your diet I would recommend these as their tasty to eat, and they contain the high-quality magnesium that my body needs.

I ordered two bottles — one on Nov 6th (for my adult daughter) and another on Nov 26th (for myself). When the second bottle arrived, I inspected it more closely and immediately saw several problems. The label contains multiple spelling errors, including “Consistent Quakity” and “Rebistered & Inspected Facilty.” That raised concerns about how carefully the product was produced and labeled. The bottle also displays several certification-style symbols (FDA, GMP, Halal, Gluten-Free, etc.), but none of them reference a certifying organization, verification number, batch information, or a website to confirm authenticity. There is also no manufacturer address, no company website, and no third-party testing (COA) listed anywhere on the label or the product listing. Another major concern: the product claims 500 mg of elemental magnesium glycinate in just two small gummies. For this specific type of magnesium, that amount is unusually high and not consistent with typical dosing from reputable brands. This made the accuracy of the label questionable. Because of these red flags, I chose not to take the product. I’m sharing this review so other buyers can inspect the photos and make an informed decision before purchasing.
