I don’t even know where to start! There are so many adjectives to describe how wonderful these lights are that it would be silly to try to list them all.We were looking for something much brighter to be the lights attached to the front of the house at the garage. In order to accommodate these lights, I changed out light fixtures that have a open bottom for better cooling and airflow. It was worth every penny for the light fixtures and the two bulbs that we put in!These two lights alone, not only light up our driveway, the inside of our vehicles that are parked outside, the front yard, and even to the point of a little past the corner of the house. These are simply amazing.A family member needed a new light in their garage, so I bought a second set of these lights. I put one in her garage, and I use the other one in my home office.I am about to buy a third set of these, to put in my wife’s craft room, so she will have much better lighting to work by, and take photos of her work for posting online. These daylight white bulbs are some of the best that I have ever owned, without being the corn cob style that I had purchased before.I don’t have any real issue with the corn cob style, except they are typically too tall/long. This makes it very difficult to put in a normal light fixture, and they would’ve actually been too long for the new fixtures I put up at the garage. These however, being rounded, fit perfectly.I have already recommended these two just about everyone I know, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking at this review to go ahead and purchase the bulbs. Here at this writing, they sell in a two pack for around $34.00 USD. This is cheaper than buying the best lights I had found before at the big box stores.NOTE: We do not leave these on 24x7, so they should last several years. 25,000 hour rating at 10 hours a day is 2,500 days or 6.8 years. This is what I expect to get out of the ones I have outside. The inside ones calculate out to around 11 years.If I get half this time from them , I still say, for what I’m getting, they are worth the cost.

I love how amazingly bright these lights are. The white argent light is so much better at showing off my living quarters than normal urine yellow filtered bulbs. Awesome product! A+++

Definitely worth your buy. So bright white. Great job with lighting up a whole room with only 2 of them. Doesn't get too hot. Warm though. I would recommend putting the bulb in a lamp with a shade because looking directly at the bulb is very bright.

This light is great if you need a bright light. I'm losing my vision and this light really helps me. I just wish it fit inside my glass light fixture in my kitchen, hall, utility room, etc.

I've had these for about a week now, and they're performing well. They're very bright, and I think that the 200W-equivalent description is accurate. In their current fixtures (where they are oriented base-down in an indoor open-air environment ) they reach thermal equilibrium before melting. I don't know what overall endurance will be, however, and will leave an update if one of these fail. Wattage is as described with a power factor of about 0.8, which is good.However, there is a caveat. Never use these in an enclosed fixture! Even in the open-air fixtures that I use, they become too hot to touch, and I suspect that any kind of enclosure will cause them to overheat. While I suspect that the cases of the bulbs literally melting are extreme examples, I'm hesitant about lifetime even in the open air fixture and lifetime in an enclosure is likely to be limited even more.The bulbs don't have a motion sensor. They never claimed to have one, in spite of what Amazon seems to think, so I'm not sure what to say here.

Bought these to replace the cheap and low quality supposedly GE 200 W bulbs we buy from Amazon. I have written long reviews and I am sure that those bulbs are GE in name only and are nothing but cheap knock-offs, but we need 200 Watt lights in our den on the end tables beside our main coach. And we have to replace those "GE" bulbs endlessly and much quicker than we should. So I bought these to replace them.They impress me as high quality and they are bright and provide an equivalent amount of light to the 200 W GE bulbs, but my wife felt that they were too white and too bright. Sooooo, they worked very well for about 4 days we used them but she didn't like the brightness so we are back to buy and throwing away the 200W GE bulbs as quickly as they burn out.

This is my 2nd purchase of this light bulb type. The first purchase was a couple years ago and it's still going strong. These things are super bright and very compact in size. As a side note, they work great as a utility light. I will continue to buy these as I find new applications.

I have a big office with very high ceilings and dark walls. I have to make video calls for work and previously on camera it would always look like I was in a dark, dingy room. This powerful bulb was the solution to my problem!

Amazingly bright light. I can actually see clearly in my garage space now. Brighter than the 250W equiv CFL I previously had.I did have one minor hiccup: The maximum diameter of the bulb at 77mm turns out to be about 7mm too large for my existing fixture enclosure. I made a creative plan, but shrinking the physical size to A19 at the same brightness would be a nice improvement.
