All right, so I bought a four pack first, then ended up buying a 10 pack. Don't take these if you're going to drive somewhere. I have tried dosing at 2 gummies and 3 gummies, and it was a unique and pleasant experience. Definitely recommend for relaxation and downtime fun.The only catch, based on experience of people around me... If you are on an SSRI for mental health reasons, these may not affect you the same. One person on an SSRI got a migraine, so be aware of that. For me, I had a great experience though, so five stars!

In regards to effectiveness, I would give this product 4 stars. I went with 3 stars overall due to the price. I am able to get the same product locally at a lesser cost, but they were out of stock hence my ordering these.
