For the last three months I've been dealing with lung inflammation from radiation treatments and breathing and congestion has been difficult. I was quite concerned from the symptoms I had that I was possibly experiencing advanced COPD instead. I had read about the effectiveness of flutter valve devices and decided I'd give this device a try, and the price seemed very reasonable. I was surprised at how effectively it worked... I got the best results from using the largest steel ball, and about twenty minutes after using it I would cough up a lot of junk that I normally couldn't. It seemed to work by subtly vibrating my lungs as I blew into it, which loosened phlegm. As I've continued to recover from the inflammation I'm not needing to use it as much as I was initially, but I recommend this device to anyone dealing with lung issues that cause congestion. It's very easy to use and it's small enough to carry in a pocket.

The product is well constructed. This is not a flimsy device. Easily cleaned . The exercise is very simple but it is effective . After using the device my normally quiet voice is stronger . The device is pricey but effective .
