For starters, it's hard to fine ground bay leaves. So finding this product here on Amazon was convenient and fairly priced. I received this product without delay. The leaves are well ground. I put this product in a smoothy because it's very beneficial to my health. It mixes nicely to where I don't even taste it in the smoothy. I definitely recommend this product.

I didn’t realize this was fine ground but I was able to use it cooking beef tongue and it still made it very tasty.

This makes a delicious to morning tea or any soup or salad dressing. I’ve read bay leaf is good for keeping cholesterol under control so I’m trying it. Can’t hurt and might help.
