This is the best artichoke supplement on the market as far as I’m concerned. This brand doesn’t add all the fillers names you can’t pronounce. This is the closest you will keep get to a high quality supplement.Will recommend.

This Artichoke Leaf absolutely stopped the intermittent bowel spasms I have had off and on over the last four or five years in just two days!! I can't say that will happen exactly this way for all, but it did wonders for myself.Peppermint caps and even marshmallow root would sometimes help, but not like this. This product has also not only calmed my bowel, but has relieved the occasional acid re-flux I would get after eating gluten free bread or spicy Italian foods. Regulation of bathroom visits have returned as well.If you suffer from IBS of any sort, I would consider this product.BTW, I have read SIBO sufferers, which I may be one, should not eat artichokes. So initially, I avoided this product but glad I finally gave it a chance.

This item is probably very nutritious.However, a very small amount for the money.Tastes so so.Disappointed.

I am on my first bottle. It seems to be working and I have no side effects. I always test products for 90 days to get the full effect and evaluate them.
