Good product
It gets the job done. Very comfortable to the stomach. No hard cramps. Just make sure to drink lots of water and take it everyday preferably at the same time. I drink it about 7pm.

Effective probiotic
I have been taking the probiotics for 9 months and have found the combination to be very effective. Since I have gluten intolerance, it has helped me feel significantly better and has reduced digestive discomfort.

Was working before! Not anymore!!!
