My first shipment got vandalized somehow and an automotive part was substituted for the original packaged part. I gave a one star rating. This not fair to the vendor or the part but it was Amazon that was at fault since no one checked the part before it shipped. Zuos Tools supplied me with a great suction cup that works fantastic, I know this will work for a long time and is a well made product.t

It did not completely pull out the dent in my car because it requires a flat surface for good suction and pulling power. I did what I could with it but I couldn’t pull the dent completely out

We had a big dent in the back of our minivan from a stupid person on a bicyclist who wasn’t watching where he was going. Didn’t want to spend a fortune to get the dent fixed so ordered this product to give it a shot. Well, it worked!!!!! Pulled the dent out with one pull. So happy with this product. Definitely worth the $15 to $16 dollars.

Tried to get a small dent out of my car near the front and it didn't even have any suction. Tried it several times and gave up.

The lifter has great suction and is easy to use. Unfortunately, it didn't work reliably in my application, which was to use it to help position sheets of sanded and painted plywood (which isn't it's actual purpose). It would work well enough to position 8 foot long sheets of plywood I didn't have any other way to handle about half the time. But the rest of the time, the sheets would slide off. This is no doubt due to the fact they plywood wasn't completely smooth, in spite of the extensive sanding. It tried the device out on flat, smooth surfaces like my car door, and it seems to hang pretty tight, but I don't know how well it could pop a dent or be used to carry heavy car parts.When it did work on the plywood, it left marks, which would probably sand or buff out. I didn't notice that on my car door though.I gave it 4 stars because it seems to do its intended purpose OK, but it just didn't work reliably for my use.

I love mounting this on my whiteboard in the classroom. I could probably damage, if not pull off, the white board from the wall. It's THAT powerful. It stuck to my board for about two months before falling off (at night, while the custodian was cleaning. Scared the crap out of him, lol). Strong metal parts, easy to apply.

it has great suction on flat surfaces, it pulled most of the dent out of my truck,the I ran out of flat surface.but it does work great especially moving glass.

Bought this to try and get a few small to medium dents out of my car, and it won’t suction onto any sort of small curve on a car, only flat surfaces. If you’re buying it for this reason, save your money. If you’re buying this to move items such as glass, then this will work for you.
