Nice mobile value of money

Very light weight, nice product

I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with the Lava phone I purchased on July 27, 2025. After just 20 days of use, the phone's battery has begun to fail, an issue that is completely unacceptable for a new device. What's even more concerning than the product's failure is the complete lack of support from both the retailer, Amazon, and the brand, Lava. I have made repeated attempts to contact customer service for a solution, but I have been met with a frustrating cycle of no response and unhelpful automated systems. There has been no willingness from either party to address the faulty product or provide a replacement, leaving me with a non-functional phone and a sense of being completely abandoned after the purchase. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against buying this phone. The immediate battery failure and the non-existent customer support from both Amazon and Lava make this a purchase you will likely regret. It is clear that the brand and the retailer do not stand behind their product.

Screen size is adequate. Easy to use. So far did not experience phone hanging. Sound quality is on. Definitely a good build. It has multiple alarms, I am not sure but I think 2 SIMs.
