Dr Teals Restorative Minerals Epsom Salts 3lb 1.36kg

I have CFS and a chronic pain disorder. Bathing in Dr Teals frees up my muscles and the lovely scents do promote a bit of extra wellbeing. It is that combo that works particularly well and better than ither brands. I just wish there was one UK retailer where you could go and reliably buy the 8 or 9 varieties in both the salts and the foaming bath, all at RRP. I spend my life, seemingly, chasing down Dr Teal's products - here, a well known discount store, well known second hand and auction sites.... It is daft and not a little tedious. Even this is a little dearer than it ought to be.

This honestly saved me during my long runs. Legs would ache for days if i didn't have a bath with Dr Teals. When I did, I found the recovery rate to be far quicker. The salts dissolve easily, smell wonderful, really relaxing and are great value. Would definitely recommend to other runners.

I love Dr Teals , they offer variations of bath salts 😁 I personally order a few different salts and have a habit of mixing them up. Bath salts relax you, healthy you and I have smooth feet 😂 heals and makes skins smooth 👍

I rarely do reviews, but I came to write one because I was astounded by how effective this was at relaxing me and helping with sore joints. I use this in baths and it really helps with relaxation and sore muscles. The scent is light and calming, not overpowering. It feels like a mini spa moment after long day. The bag is big so it lasts a while. Totally recommend for self-care nights.

An obvious fan! I take baths very regularly and these make the cut every time. I’m sensitive down there and I’ve experienced no irritation. Definitely a great way to elevate your bath. Super relaxing and my absolute favorite scent.
