We have 4 dogs, including 2 healers and a Great Purines. The dog hair is a constant battle along with the regular paw prints all over the floors. I’d previously had a Shark Mop/Vac and it did ok ish but regularly the brush would get clogged from the amount of dog fur. This one has been my dream mop/vac. It is worth every penny. It is so easy to set up. I love that it has clean and dirty water tanks. You can set how often during a mop that it cleans the mop heads so it’s not just pushing around dirty water. It’s great at navigating any space, even around dining room chairs and dog beds. It auto detects obstructions and carpet to work appropriately. The app is super user friendly. It cleans my whole 1200sqft space without having to recharge. You can customize every aspect of the cleaning so the rooms that need it get a deeper clean and the ones that don’t preserve energy while still keeping up with regular maintenance cleaning. I run it every day and won’t go back to any other brand.

Best purchase ever! I wanted a robot vacuum and mop combo that was smart, powerful, and easy to use, and the Roborock Qrevo MaxV did not disappoint. I loved it so much that I bought two: one for downstairs and one for upstairs. Both units perform amazing and keep my home free of dog hair, human hair, and dust. They handle tile floors and area rugs with ease, intelligently detecting and switching between surfaces. The mapping feature identifies where every rug and tile section is. I especially love the remote control and live camera view, which let me check in and monitor cleaning progress from anywhere. The dock system is equally impressive, it washes and dries the mop pads automatically, empties the dustbin, and keeps everything ready for the next run. The dust bag lasts a long time, minimizing maintenance and making it hands-free. App is great and easy to use from running scheduled cleanings to troubleshooting any issues. Bonus - it’s not super noisy I barely notice it running. As a fairly new roborock customer I have to start off by saying I’m VERY IMPRESSED! The customer service has been top tier and I have so many positive things to say about the abilities of this miracle vacuum. So let’s get down to the details. This vacuum has performed amazingly and I’m so in love with the mapping and the numerous features offered. I have a mostly hardwood flooring home with a few area rugs. This baby is able to mop and vacuum my house without missing a beat. It meticulously mapped my home fairly easily and also adjusts to moved furniture such as chairs on a whim. The obstacle avoidance is a life saver with my dogs always dragging toys around and leaving them in random places. My previous vacuums would suck up and get stuck on the toys and would render them useless. I love that I can just ask rocky to clean my house while I’m away at work and I come home to a hair free vacuumed and mopped home. This thing keeps up with my 3 shedding dogs and one cat EASILY. For reference I have a Siberian Husky, German Shepherd and Australian Shepherd, all known for their shedding! However it does have a flaw for my home in particular, unfortunately. MY long hair tends to become tangled in the roller and causes the vacuum to be unable to finish its tasks without assistance. I have to manually remove my hair wrapped on the roller before it can continue. The process of removing the hair is very easy and only takes a moment, it is easy to remove the roller clean the hair and send rocky back on his way, however it is very frequent that I’m having to do this. (About every other cleaning of my full house) Because of this ONE flaw I’ve decided this particular vacuum isn’t for me unfortunately. Simply because it is inconvenient to have it stop and need assistance especially since I like to run this remotely when I am not home. BUT after much research I’ve looked into another roborock model that has supposedly corrected this long hair tangle issue with a different roller set up that I will be promptly purchasing! This robot has been nothing but amazing, I can harp on and on about the positives of this vacuum but I wanted to ensure to point out the only flaw I’ve found. My mother and grandmother both have purchased roborock vacuums after my recommendation of how impressed I was and they have ZERO complaints. This is 100% worth the money and has made maintaining my home between cleanings so much easier. I cannot say enough good things!

I am honestly in love with this robot. I’ve used another well-known and decent brand for six years and went through four different models from them, so I have a lot of experience with robot vacuums. Still, this Roborock Qrevo Curv S5X is on another level. It’s more efficient, more thorough, and much more practical to live with. Emptying the dirty water, refilling the clean water, and maintaining it in general is very very easy and well designed. It does its job perfectly. I was skeptical at first, so I tested the mopping by putting down a piece of white paper towel to see if it would really mop properly — and the result was spotless. The mopping is genuinely excellent. The vacuum power is also noticeably stronger than my previous “second-best” brand. From now on, this is definitely my brand. I’m genuinely in love with this robot. It also looks very nice and elegant, but keep in mind that it needs a dedicated space for its base. My previous robot lived easily under a side table, but this one took some planning to place properly. One small downside: the app is not the most user-friendly at first (and I’m an IT professional:) . It takes some time to figure everything and get used to it. Overall: powerful, smart, beautifully designed, and extremely effective. A big upgrade.

Finally a robot that cleans the house multiple times without needing to be disassembled/detangled or refilled. Both the main and side brushes never get tangled with long golden retriever hair and the mop pads get cleaned thoroughly in the dock around 3 times to clean my small 2 bedroom house on standard settings. It can do about 6 or 7 full cleans before needing the water refilled and the dirty water emptied and so far I haven't had to clean the robot itself or do any other maintenance to keep it cleaning perfectly - the removable base needs to be cleaned maybe once a week or 2 weeks for daily cleans, but my dog tracks in a lot of dirt from the backyard. Scheduling a full clean once a day keeps the floors looking very clean, almost as clean as thorough manual mopping with detergent. I haven't tried the deep clean settings or robot friendly cleaning solutions yet but it does a very good job on my laminate floors, ceramic tile bathroom and even carpets, which it detects automatically. This is my 4th robot vac and I am finally satisfied. The previous ones required so much maintenance and set up that I barely saved any time versus manually vacuuming and mopping the floors. With the sale price of around 860$ cad, this is worth every penny. I straight up never have to manually vacuum the floors, only the spaces in between furniture and appliances the robot can't get to and manual mopping is optional for greasy stains that may require detergent, but even then, one pass from this robot and it would be barely noticeable. Otherwise, the battery lasts long enough to clean my house 3 times over. The app has a lot of features including an AI mode that adjusts vac power, water level, path etc. Scheduling is very easy. The mapping works very well and is adjusted every clean. Obstacle detection is decent but preferably don't let any shoes laying around and electric cords can still be a problem. Dust bag is generously sized, the machine comes with an extra bag. I will definitely order a few more because of all the pet hair. The swiveling side brush and mop pad are pretty cool and actually work very well for corners.
