Worked great for what I needed!!
Used it for the first time yesterday and it was solid and transported my bikes very well! Couple of small issues: 1. Came with several areas bent (I used a rubber mallet to bend back. 2. Slightly difficult to assemble, instructions were minimal. 3. Title says 600lb capacity but stickers on product say 400lb. Other than that, this product worked for me!

Assembly is a piece of cake
It's perfect for scooters I carry behind the Motorhome.

Great sturdy motorcycle trailer
Extremely easy and lightweight motorcycle trailer. Very sturdy and didn’t sway while driving on the interstate. I get secure towing two bikes behind on this trailer. Also the ease of assembly was something I really like as well as how little room the trailer takes in my garage where room is limited. I researched a lot of trailers and I’m very happy I got this one specifically. Can’t beat the price either!

Faulty securing knob
Reasonable rack and assembles with instructions not complete in an area or two. If assembled correctly it does the job as it should. The small ramp securing knobs seem to have a problem as they both came loose during travel, one came off altogether, if the small loading ramp had come off altogether it could have hit a person or car. The stabilizer for the hitch receiver is bare bolts and if it's screwed onto the receiver as the directions call for eventual damage to the receiver will occur due to stress and vibration. The better one to use is here:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08162GBTP?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1It's heavy duty and won't damage the receiver. The seller is weak at supporting this rack and wants me to keep contacting him as he's busy and may forget to send a replacement knob for the faulty one. To date nothing has been sent and I'm not chasing this around. We will be returning this rack and buying it from someone else. Warranty details are also either missing or unclear on some documentation. All in all a good product that should have a different receiver hitch included with it and a seller who will support what he sells without expecting the customer to chase someone around with reminder emails.

Good value for money
Does the job. Much better value for the money than the $1000 units that the motorcycle shops will try to push on you. Assembly instructions are OK at best. There's a few long screws that you put in for reasons unknown. Also if you accidentally invert the aluminum platforms, you can't attache the ramp while loaded. It would be good to point that out in the instructions. It sags more than I'd like, if it went further into the hitch it would be straighter. But the hole lines up with it pulled out a bit. For my RM250 and my son's pit bike, it's perfect. I don't know if I'd put 600lbs on it. I would give it 5 stars, but the weld quality was pretty mickey-mouse, and the instructions could have been better. Still, I'd buy it again and do recommend the product. Bang for the buck is unmatched!

Bent During shipment
Bent during shipment. Poorly packaged. Aluminum parts surround the steel beam. Steel is harder so the unprotected aluminum gets crushed and bent. Otherwise sturdy. Metal tabs were also welded crooked. Easy fix.

Sturdy rack.
We have electric bikes and they are getting heavy to lift onto a regular bike rack. This has a light weight ramp that works great. It is built for motorcycles, but we took it to a welder to shorten the length from the back of the RV to the end. You could leave it alone and it would be fine but we were pleased with the modification. Also they do have bike racks with a detachable ramp but they are around $800 which I think is ridiculous.

Great as an E Bike rack
Works well. we have two 90lb e-bikes... this rack is rock solid traveling at highway speeds. We bought soft loop tie-down straps and cam buckle tie-downs to secure the bikes to the carrier. This is a great product and does the job well and is a great price.
