This product is amazing. I started taking this product for the purposes of immune building. Back in January of 2020, I got a cough and very high fever. So of course after taking your standard over the counter meds, my fever broke and I started to feel a little better, HOWEVER those products have horrible side effects for me. They seem to dehydrate me, make my kidneys go into overtime and feel horrible and the nausea was unreal, plus the daytime formula of these meds also give me bad gas. (Not to get too graphic) So I was researching more natural immune building and I came across elderberry. And I found some glowing reviews on the internet that lead to Mortal and Pestle Herbs on Amazon, so I purchased my first bottle back towards the end of January. At this point, the fever was gone, but I could NOT take any more of those over the counter meds. So I RELIGIOUSLY took this elderberry pills, two pills, twice a day. During this time, the cough and respiratory problem was the highest for me, since the fever was gone. And gradually the cough got better and disappeared, the discomfort in breathing got better. What I am saying is this: Don't expect to take to take the pills and overnight just feel better. This pill STRENGTHENED my immune system and allowed my body to heal, giving it the immune boost it needed to not only aid in OVERCOMING the sickness I had, but to keep it away. I work in a restaurant that serves ramen, which a lot of people eat when they are sick and it's cold. So I come into contact with a HUNDREDS of people and I am in tip top shape right now. I am going to continue to take these herbs, as I am going into flight attendant training and will be flying soon. Lastly, the handwritten thank you that I received from the company was just a really nice touch. You don't see that AT ALL nowadays so THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like this product for the fact that it might reduce colds and flu duration's. The research is left and right depending on which study you read. But in the end if this helps me stay a little healthier I am willing to give it a go. I like this cap better than the liquid for taking with me. I do like a liquid product when ill as the strength can be higher. Personally I take 1 pill in the morning time and try to remember 1 later in the day. Elderberry is a great supplement and I feel this company is doing a good job keeping this supplement free from contaminants and pure for us consumers. I would love to see data on their product as it is one of the more expensive supplements I purchase.

I have been taking these supplements for over 5 years now consistently (two tablets daily) and they are truly a life saver. I hardly ever get colds now, and if I do, they do not last as long. They are easy to take and do not have any sort of after taste.

Hey guys, like the title says, I have ordered this product 6x and will continue to order this. I love this stuff. My sister got me turned onto elderberry and the remarkable health benefits (if you don't know them, look them up - elderberry is a fountain of youth product for sure!) and this by far is the most potent and high quality product out there. I have an auto immune disease and I normally get sick with weather changes and just in general throughout the year. During this pandemic, I wanted something that would build my immune system and this has worked so well, I have yet to be sick this year, which is unheard of for me. I take 2 every morning but if I feel a cold coming on I take 2 several times throughout the day and it knocks out whatever was trying to attack my immune system. I think this is something that helps the immune system attack faster and more efficiently. Anyway, I am very happy with this product, will continue to order and well worth the price. Why spend money on supplements if they don't do anything to our bodies? This one is worth it! Great product!
