Great egg pans
I have boought two of these and use them as egg pans. They are rugged, the non-stick surface works great.

Perfect for Induction Cooking
Have not had good luck with nonstick pans claiming to work on induction - typically the magnetic plate I doesn’t register on the surface or creates uneven heating. In fairness my GE induction cooktop is sometimes too finicky. Even so, this pan is well designed, not too heavy (but sturdy enough), and easy to clean. Glad that I researched several pans!

You’d be hard-pressed to find this quality of construction and performance for less
I've cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner items in this frying pan for a few months, looking at performance, durability, and ease of cleaning. A key thing for me was whether eggs would stick, and they don't - nor does anything else. The non-stick performance is excellent. The sides of the pan aren't too steep, so you can flip things (like eggs) with a wrist toss. The steel handle is heavy-duty, and easy to grip but not too long so that the pan is balanced even when empty. It's oven-safe up to 500 degrees, which is critical for omelette-making under the salamander.Another key thing is durability. HA1 aluminum stands for “hard anodized”, meaning that the surface is very smooth and more durable than other non-stick surfaces. After a few months of daily use, it still looks brand new, and it's a breeze to clean. The bottom is wrapped with stainless steel to prevent warping, a common issue with aluminum frying pans, especially at high heats. The pan is weighty and heavy duty; I can't imagine how I could warp or dent it except maybe drop it from a height of 10 stories. This little frying pan is sturdy, durable, and functional - as much if not more so than my HA1 All-Clad pieces. I expect it will last for many years with proper care (wooden or silicone utensils only, hand washing using a soft sponge, avoiding abrasive cleaners and the dishwasher). It's one of the most affordable options for trying out Viking cookware, and the performance and quality are exactly what I expected from the brand.

Worth it
A caveat: Non-stick pans are not heirlooms, they can only be expected to last a few years. All non-stick coatings, EVERY SINGLE ONE, wears out. Because of this, the value proposition of a non-stick pan is limited. With this understanding, here's my review:The pans are a good value. They are heavier and thicker than I expected. The quality is excellent. The finish is quite attractive. The non-stick (out of the box) is great. The heat distribution of the pan is very good with no hotspots. Coming in at about $20 to $40 a pan (8,10,12 inch), they are only a few bucks more expensive than much lesser pans. The price is also low enough that when the non-stick surface eventually wears out I won't feel terribly bad in replacing them.If you like to cook and notice the difference good cookware makes, these are the non-stick skillets you want.

Zero quality
I don’t think this an original VIKING item , the quality is horrible , any minor scratches will turn into rust , even if you use scratch free spatulas it will leave scratches that lead to rust , do your self a favor buy a HEXCLAD

Good Value
Solid value. Has not warped like similar pans after heavy use.

Works perfectly on induction cooktop
Bought this pan to go along with the set of Viking cookware that came with 10” & 12” pans. Same great quality, works perfectly with induction, no issue with pan tilting due to handle weight when on a flat surface. Suspect people having issues on gas burners don’t have the pan sitting perfectly level.
