Purchased this for our brand new Elantra Convenience car in March and its operation has been seamless. Its design and form with plug-in shape make it basically invisible and unobtrusive, it actually looks OEM and part of the dash panel. It fires up automatically, and works without any issues to date. Handles all Siri voice commands also without issue. I have not noticed any latency issues so far, but use music apps very little. I have another CarPlay Adapter for my other car at twice the price or this one, and this one is equal and actually better in performance & design. Again, had it since the middle of March 2025, so endurance is yet to be experienced. I highly recommend at the moment.

I have a 2020 Hyundai Veloster that is only equipped with wired CarPlay. I upgraded to the iPhone 16, and now I can't use wired CarPlay with any of the USB-A to USB-C cords I have. After figuring out the iPhone 16 essentially wants wireless CarPlay (when you go to set it up, that's the option given) I just went ahead and skipped buying a million new cords and got this.So far, it has fixed my issue, my iPhone 16 now connects to my CarPlay pretty seamlessly. It isn't as "perfect" of a connection as wired CarPlay was, but it works well enough.- Easy to put in and connect- Fits well with my car interior, looks nice. I like how it is flat with the USB port, and not sticking out like a sore thumb.- Can use Maps again, and the interface is good- Downside: The Bluetooth connects to my phone when the car is OFF... which is weird. So I have to unplug it after use.. There may be a troubleshooting solution to this, but for now, removing it is easier.Overall, it is frustrating to have a newer car, and a brand new iPhone, both with CarPlay functionality - and not be able to use CarPlay. It is frustrating to have to spend money on this device in order to use my CarPlay with my new phone, but it has so far made using Carplay easier than even using a wire at all.

This device is fantastic. I love that I don't have to connect my phone to a charging cord to get airplay to work. It is small and out of the way and it connects to my phone automatically when I enter. I have had no problems with it and it was easy to figure it out. It is definitely worth the money and so far is holding up great, even with my children messing around in my vehicle.
