Far exceeded my expectations, much better than a handset 3x the price.
TLDR; I'd highly recommend this for anyone who wants a workhorse of a smartphone for a relatively cheap price.I bought this just over a month ago now because I needed a working phone fast, and I previously had a OnePlus 5 that served me well under heavy & careless use for 5 years (unheard of in the age of planned obsolescence, which it did eventually reach but it was a heck of a trooper) so I wanted to see what their cheaper options had to offer.I didn't expect an awful lot from a £200 phone to be honest, but it's consistently pleasantly surprised me. It feels and operates like a much more expensive unit. The camera does give away its cheaper build, but to be fair to it I swapped to this one from an expensive phone specifically advertised as having a fantastic camera so my comparison isn't against an average smartphone camera. Rear camera is pretty good, and the selfie cam is alright in good lighting but can be quite grainy.I run it quite heavily with the excessive running tabs & apps of someone with unmedicated raging ADHD haha, and it handles it beautifully. I do sometimes have to go through and close a load, but not nearly as often as I would have expected. It sometimes takes a second to process but it hasn't become an issue yet, and I am not a particularly patient person.Connection is consistently good, call quality is consistently good, I haven't noticed any annoying bugs or glitches [yet?] and in general it's a pleasure to use. It looks beautiful too, so much so that people have commented on it, and I like that it comes with a clear case and a film screen protector already applied.Overall it's great.

I love every aspect of it the camera is beautiful
Battery extremely good you could have 60% and it will last you all day. Charges to 50% in 15m. Camera takes beautiful pictures as shown and UI is not confusing at all I highly recommend this phone it's a good phone

Good phone but not flawless
This is my first OnePlus and seemed a good replacement for my Realme 7 5G. Here is my initial impressions:- The mirror grey back is a nightmare, I wish it were matt. It already has a few marks and scuffs on after a week despite being in a case and I have even tried a few back protectors. It takes ages to wipe off fingerprints and, without a doubt, is the worst thing about the phone.- The phone is speedy and responsive, with no issues with lag or any glitches.- Battery life is acceptable but not quite the two days I often got with the Realme.- Included case is a nice touch, although a little slippery and phone doesn't feel secure in the hand. I ended up buying the official sandstone case for it.Overall, I am happy with my new phone although generally the worst thing is the mirror finish on the back which is a nightmare to keep clean. I intend to try and find some kind of protector for the back cover to prevent anymore scuffs or scratches.

Nice phone
Bought to replace an Honor which kept stopping. Works in much the same way. Bloatware easy to remove, thankfully. Came with a rubbery plastic case which saved me having to buy one. Came with charging cable & plug, unlike many new phones. Has a headphone socket which is important to me - although I use Bluetooth headphones/earphones/buds, I always carry a wired pair of earphones in case the Bluetooth ones run out of juice. It's also a Tiffany's/Fortnum & Masons aquamarine blue, which is pretty.

Regrettable purchase. Avoid
Even for a budget phone there are some unacceptably poor features. The fingerprint sensor is the worst I have ever experienced on a phone. It's about the shape and size of a standard volume button on a phone and frequently will not recognise any fingerprint and will either take numerous attempts to unlock or require you to enter your pin after trying to many times. Re-entering your fingerprint does not solve the problem and is infuriating even months after purchasing so it's not something you'll "get used to".The camera is total garbage. I appreciate that this is a budget phone but even still, the camera is poor. Don't bother trying to take a photo at night time as even if you're holding the camera extremely still, the moment you take the photo, the finished result will be so distorted it's like you took it from a speeding car.The phone handles youtube, social media and browsing just fine but the infuriating fingerprint sensor is reason enough to avoid this phone.Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for a budget phone.

Great phone for the money
Excellent phone does everything it's supposed to.Mine came with a Euro charger by mistake but the seller contacted me and took care of that problem.

A solid, well featured phone
Taking into account the price point compared to flagship models from other brands this is a really solid and reliable phone. The build quality is good. The camera is decent. It supports 5G. And battery life is very good. The Oxygen UI is the one thing I was not that keen on. Whilst it is very fast and snappy due to being close to stock Android, it lacks some features other builds of Android have. This may be a positive or negative for you depending on your previous experience with Android / UI's.The grey finish is OK, but showed fingerprints easily - so if you don't use a case, this may drive you mad
