I received this product, charged it up after my 4.5 Mile walk I used it. It works great, my only problem was I have a wide neck an it was non adjustable. So, I had to give this to my wife because it was to tight for comfort. It works great but I will have to find an adjustable unit elsewhere. If it can be adjusted ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🇺🇸!

Writing this while currently using the massager. I slept horribly last night and woke up to horrible pain on the left side on my spine and neck and it hurts to turn left and right. This massager has helped with so much pain! The combination between the heat and the way it massages your neck and shoulders is perfect! If this ever breaks I’m definitely buying another one!

Got it for my wife instead of paying 2.5x for the Therapexa, and she LOVED IT! It's got two modes, heat, and the voice is a nice touch to know what option you've selected. The leather feels nice and quality is very sturdy for the price. I saw someone review and comment about the voice being annoying, but it can actually be turned off by pressing (not holding down) the power button! Overall, its an amazing purchase for those that complain about neck pain. Only "con" would be thay for me, a bigger guy, my trap isn't really massaged as much as I would like it to. It still feels amazing and I can always adjust it to feel it on my traps, but then I won't feel it as much in my neck. But it was for my wife, not me lol EDIT Make sure you got it on correctly lol buttons go on the left. After putting it on correctly, it feels soooo much better, even for me!

This is the best massager I have tried. There are 2 settings regular and then intense. This massager works the knots out of my neck muscles. I got the massager before Christmas. Charger it upon opening and have not had to charge the battery since. After a long day of mentally draining work the Shiatsu back and neck massager melts the tense feeling away.

After returning another neck massager with poor performance, I'm happy I got this one instead. Instead of just rotating bearings, it feels like fingers on my neck and shoulders. I'm 5'6 and small build, and it fits my neck and shoulders comfortably while reclining and watching TV, but I put it on my average size friend and now he wants to buy one too. The leather-like material is soft and soothing, feels well made. The controls feel flimsy but don't have an issue actually working. The battery life is sufficient for half a dozen runs and it charges in a few hours on my phone charger. The heat is satisfying and doesn't run too hot like the last one I tried. The straps do make it easy to walk around with the massager on but why would you want to? About the cost of one chair massage so I'd say it's totally worth the price and it came with a note to email the manufacturer for a 3yr warranty. If you buy it, you'll hear the cute message at the end of the massage.

My wife is in love with this massager. We have a two year old that refuses to be held by anyone else but my wife so this massager is a life saver. There are days where I have a tight neck or a headache and this massager relieves so much of that pain. We love it and recommend it to anyone that needs muscle pain relief. I also use it on my calves and back area.

Battery don’t last 1 min we had to return it

Apart from performance the appearance of a product also matters. I have ordered for black colour but received white. Seller should confined to the exact item as shown in ad. This is disappointing.

The product is faulty and stopped charging after 2 weeks with no return available

The product does not kneed well .The strips are of poor quality you the strips with hands to feel massage still does not do the job
