These supplements are too good to be true. I have PCOS & I was taking the recommended dosage and lost about 5 pounds within two weeks. People recognized as well. My energy levels soared. I decided that I would take about 2 or 3 pills instead of 6 daily. The improvement was a little scary and mind blowing lol.

I saw a review that a woman stated she started her cycle back the very next day, I thought maybe she was exaggerating just a little, and she absolutely was NOT. I started this yesterday when I received it and this morning I started for the first time in a year. I was so happy.

Just bought, so I have no idea if it will work yet. I think the dosage & multivitamins in this supplement are great, but I just saw on the label there’s “polydextrose” in it, as filler. That I’m disappointed in, but I will give this item a chance since I already have it. I hope it works in my favor. 🤞🏻

Expiration date is easy to read, black dot matrix on the bottom of the opaque white bottle. Mine lists an expiration date of 10-2026, and it arrived to me 04/2026.Product is marked as being "Proudly made in the USA". The distributor info lists a street address in Delaware, along with an e-mail address. Said address searches out to a "corporate compliance" office.

I know inositol is great for women with PCOS like me but the serving size is 6 capsules. Large capsules. I know you can split them up throughout the day but it's just too much for me. I can't speak on the effectiveness because I just can't stomach them. There's gotta be something better out there that is a better way to get inositol in my system. Value for the money....? Meh. I just don't know. I can't do it.
