I had sleeve surgery and I needed to get my vitamins in. My dietitian suggested this brand, the taste was OK I think the issue was me, and the vitamin made me gag. the taste is very watermelon-ish I will admit! I just think it was me just not being able to tolerate a lot of all these vitamins!

So I did my research and I chose the powder over taking multiple pills a day, not to mention having to remember and stair step those pills. With the powder you get all your daily vitamins at once. I had a Gastric Sleeve, and this says to take twice a day. So I take 1 scoop in the morning the other in the evening. I'm not going to lie. at first it tasted off to me, but that's because my taste buds had changed from the surgery. Even after nearly taking this for a month...it is a very odd taste. It's like a watermelon/lemony flavoring which would be so bad if the vitamins didn't give it a chalky texture. I entirely recommend stirring really well. When it's a milky pink, drink it. Now when you first get out of surgery you're not going to be able to down 8oz of water easily. In fact it's going to be a challenge. If you are struggling to drink your water, I most definitely recommend RESTIRRING your drink. Otherwise the vitamins will settle at the bottom and stick to your cup and trying to down that powder itself is NOT very pleasant, nearly gagged taking mouth full of powder. I have not tried mixing the powder into a juice or a protein shake. I've only mixed it with water. Overall, great product will be using again Edit: September 2025 do not buy this biggest example of shrinkflation i have ever seen

I was getting a little tired of the lemonade 2x/day so decided to get the watermelon flavor and switch off between the two flavors. When I have a craving for tart, I go with the lemon, and when I want sweeter, I go with the watermelon. Both have the same consistency after mixing and you do need to keep stirring or shaking while drinking to make sure you keep the calcium citrate suspended in the liquid; if you dont you get a lot of "grit" in the last swallow! So far, so good.

I was excited to try this one cause most of the bariatric vitamins I’ve tried have tasted awful or made me feel nauseous. I’ve only tried this product a couple of times now with just water and it’s definitely not the best. The flavor is a bit off and no matter how well I mix it up it always tastes grainy and chalky. I’ll definitely have to try it with juice cause this was a waste of money.

I was so looking forward this but was disappointed and couldn’t even finish it. Taste was fine but powder didn’t dissolve

The taste is not that bad but it is a bit grainy. It does not seem to dissolve totally. I haven’t tried to use less water yet but I will. Stirring in 8 oz of water and trying to drink it in four huge gulps isn’t possible. Once it sits for a bit? It turns muddy looking and loses its pink tint. It’s ugly looking. But. I drink it as quickly as possible and I would recommend it over the chewables.

☠️☠️ BEWARE TASTE IS HORRIBLE ☠️☠️ I purchased for my daughter whom had bariatric surgery last week. She opened the container and added the correct amount to her water bottle. The smell is amazing smells like watermelon. Once she tasted she immediately spat it out!!! Having spent what I did I was determined to “debunk” the taste. I made sure the correct amount was added and smelled it and of course it smelled great. I took a sip and I also spat it out. This product may be good however if you can’t get past the taste it’s worthless. The cost is expensive and I seriously would like a refund. ☠️☠️ BEWARE TASTE IS HORRIBLE ☠️☠️
