Has a very light scent like coffee. I use it overnight once a week on my scalp and ends and sleep with a silk bonnet, then wash out in the morning. Have not tried wrapping in plastic like it says to since i dont have any. Makes my hair very soft and helps with hair growth along with my other homemade oils.

I like the Batana oil very much. Been using it for about 6 weeks. keeps my scalp and curly hair moisturized and detangled. It's ssoothing on my scalp. My hair is growing and feels stronger, however I don't know if it's due to the Batana oil or really good vitamins or a combination. Nevertheless, I'm buying another jar today because I'm sure my hair and scalp crave it. :-)

So far I've used a couple times, my hair feels soft, the end still dry. Oil tends to dry out my hair now that I'm over 50 years old. It did not when I was younger. Lightly smells like coffee beans. Put some in palm of hand, run hands together to liquid and apply. Helps with dry itchy scalp.

If you want you hair to feel soft and healthy, this is the product for you.I have use it on my hair and the result was wonderful, also use it on my daughter hair and it had her hair feeling amazing, we both have different texture types of hair, I also did different leave in time,on my hair I did 20 minutes, on my daughter hair I leave hers on for overnight. But overall I like this product, I leave your hair feeling really nice and soft.

Read directions. I didn't know I had to wash my hair after every use. I just want a product I can put on and go. I will get the oil instead. Disappointed.

My hairstylist told me my ends were fried and that I needed to start using an oil to help. I have been using this product for 2 weeks and can already feel the difference. My hair feels healthier and my ends look less frizzy. I am hoping to see results of other users that say it also helped their hair grow. Time will tell! And ps. it smells AMAZING!
