Very lightweight and easy to put together. Would preferred some guards for when using the blades but one of the attachments just broke one the first use. Batteries last quite a long time and as you have two, means one can be charged whilst using the other one. The instructions aren’t great and with all the accessories, you have to kind of guess but if you have owned a strimmer before, you will be fine. I wouldn’t recommend this for a first time user. It has worked great in my garden and that’s not an easy feat and would recommend this one to a gardener with experience.

OMG.. where has this been all my life? I saw one of these in a well-known s/market but by the time I had bought separately the charger and one battery, it was an expensive experience. So I searched the net. after a lot of looking at the choices for a cordless strimmer, I settled on this one. WOW, light weight 2 batteries and a charger, and plenty of different cutting options, from cutting thick grass to thin, a blade for cutting small branches [not tried yet] need to find a tree.. this was the first cut after winter so the grass was about 8 inches high and thick . No need to worry at all this strimmer blitzed it with ease. As I have a balance issue and trip over anything, this is light, with no cord to blooming trip over or wrap around your leg. Battery life seems to be great, I used this for well over three-quarters of an hour no sign of the battery cutting out, plus you have a spare as well. when you consider the price compared to other products this is an absolutely solid purchase totally, totally happy bunny, Thank you.

The instructions on how to put it together were so small they were unreadable, so maybe I made a mistake putting it together. It seemed fairly straightforward though: Extend the wand, attach the handle, attach the blade. Then I charged a charged the battery. When I plugged it into the device and gave it a test, the motor spun for less than a second and that was it. The blade didn't spin at all. I tried again, recharged the same battery, plugged it in, a quarter of a second of motor noise, not even enough to turn the blade. I charge the second battery, not even powerful enough for the whirr. Worse than useless, because not only did it not work, it's taking up valuable space until I can get rid of it. If I could I'd give it zero stars. Save your money, buy one of the other options.

A great low budget garden trimmer. This is not a heavy duty gardening tool, but with the two batteries and charger, extendable action and different types of cutting attachments, you get a very versatile trimmer for grass lawns, shrubs and bushes. The addition of safety goggles and gloves is a nice touch, all for a very affordable price and it is a lot quieter than many trimmers.

great device. done the garden borders, small bushes and a quite a big bush all with one of the 2 blade metal blades. batteries last a while and having 2 just means you can carry on if one runs out. now using the plastic blades for the borders and they seem great 2. takes a little while to get use to as being battery powered and no speed, it wants to spin at maximum from the press of the button which is fine, can sometimes pull a little when it hits clumps of grass. the fact the handle is extendable also allowed me to do several bushes behind a pallasade fence backed on to rail embankment
