I bought this safe primarily for the fire protection element, on arrival the locking mechanism was very stiff, handle keeps engaging clutch, the temp was 5c outside. I was very concerned I would break this and simply left the safe open beside radiator 24 hours. Thankfully this has sorted the problem and it now works normally - big relief. Happy with product again purchased more from fire protection element than anti theft but plenty of locking bolts and reasonable hinge to stop someone quickly getting it open.

I bought this two of the 56L ones a couple of years ago. Out of the blue, I am unable to unlock one of them. The other one works fine. I am 100% sure the entered the right password. However, it just doesn't allow me to open the door. I tried to reach out to the Master Lock UK but the contact number doesn't work and there is no way to reach out to them. I am now stuck ...

Unfortunately the safe arrived with an open envelope containing a 5 digit undeletable master code. The envelope outside says do not use safe if the envelope has been opened. The envelope has not even been sealed, it has the peel here sticker still on it. I suspect inside that envelope was also a key at some time, though that probably fell out through a hole in the bottom of the box since it's packaged so that you can just lift the top of the box off to open it. In short, the safe was compromised before it was even delivered and now I have to wait nearly 2 weeks for a collection and to get my money back from Amazon. Not good. 3 stars because seems well made, 5, but 1 star for the issues above

the heading says it all. the door handle broke! because the bolts jammed. all within a year of such an expensive waste.

The keys don’t open the safe only the key pad&if the batteries go dead theres no way of getting it open

Die Ware ist gut. Die Bedienungsanleitung könnte besser sein. Mit ein wenig probieren es aber einwandfrei bedienbar.

La cassaforte è giunta nei tempi giusti ma una volta in fase di installazione non si apre. Sul sito Amazon del venditore è prevista la possibilità di comunicazioni ed assistenza SOLO per gli USA o il Canada, diversamente non parte la comunicazione. Il fatto che il venditore Master Lock non è stato utile è stato segnalato ad Amazon ed ora spiego anche il perchè anche ad Amazon. Sul sito Master Lock trovato dalla rete NON rispondono. Conclusione, ho un ammasso di ferro di 80Kg chiuso, non apribile, perfettamente non utilizzabile, ingombrente ed inutile su cui non è possibile avere assitenza. Fate Voi.

Purchased this safe for installation during renovation. Unfortunately after the work was completed, the door of the safe will not open even though the code is accepted. It’s best to order directly from the manufacturer and have it professionally installed.

Wir haben den Tresor seit gut einem Jahr. Jetzt sind wir auch von dem Problem betroffen, dass der Tresor sich nicht mehr öffnen lässt. Offenbar ist der Mechanismus, welcher nach Angabe des Codes die Entriegelung freigibt, defekt. Die Batterien wurden mehrfach getauscht, Dutzende Versuche den Tresor zu öffnen schlugen fehl. Der Support ist telefonisch nicht zu erreichen, Mails werden nicht beantwortet.
