so, its either a great placebo effect Im experiencing, or its the real deal---perhaps "part of" the 20 supplements I take, and adding this choline supplement was the missing piece? But, after starting it, I had "days" of feeling like I used to feel---young and vibrant again (no, Im not young), but I felt great again, and I know that unrelieved stress exhaust us mentally and physically, so I think this choline is actually helping.
