Very good cookies
Very good for packaged cookies. Crispy but not hard with some chew. Good tasting with a good balance of chocolate chips. Would definitely buy again. Can also put them in a hot oven a few seconds for that fresh out of the oven taste.

Perfectly crunchy and delicious!
I love thin and crispy cookies. These fit the bill perfectly and were absolutely delicious. I found the amount of pecans to be just right. The cookies are sweet, but not TOO sweet. Sometimes I try cookie flavors that seem almost sickly sweet to me. These were just right.There were two broken cookies in the bottom, but most were intact. I only commented on that because some other reviewers were complaining about broken cookies. To me, that is just one of the realities of buying certain types of products through the mail. It is caused by rough package handling, not a failure of the product. And ultimately, broken cookies taste just as good anyway. Your mouth won't know the difference, trust me!

Great flavor and texture
These are a huge hit amongst my family and guests. They are a generous size and have great toffee flavor.

Strange texture but it was tasty
The taste was alright but the cookies texture wasn't the best, it was dry but not crispy. The package also came with broken cookies.

Cookies came in pieces only two cookies made it as a whole cookie. Shipping should be more careful. The pieces are delicious..

Excellent value
I received a tin of pecan shortbread cookies for Xmas and they were so good that immediately started searching for the product. After I located them online I discovered exactly why they were so good ($16 for a small container). In myopinion these cookies are a close substitute for reasonable price.

So-so
I like the way the cookies are thin and crisp but they have a decidedly artificial flavor. The buttery taste they speak of on the box is the same flavor one gets with 'buttery' microwave popcorn. I'll eat them but likely will not buy them again. They are just too fake tasting. They were affordable so it's no great loss.
