Excellent
This is a legit UPS, that works as advertised. It also has a wealth of settable parameters, that allow you to tune its operation to your environment. Seems nicely made and fit nicely into my rack to protect my Ubiquiti gear. If that's not enough, there's an optional network card that you can use to monitor it remotely, and that'll send you email or a text of there's a power outage. Even better, there's an optional environmental sensor module that you can plug in that'll report the temp and the state of up to 3 open/closed sensors. These options are spendy, but you can find them at reasonable prices on eBay.

Outstanding UPS!
Bought this for a network rack and it is everything I expected and more. It is a 1U high unit, but fairly shallow depth so allows space for plugs and wiring behind it. I haven't figured out how the specs work as they say it will cover something like 5-10 minutes, but with the whole stack plugged in, it tells me it will last 58 minutes on battery which is far more than I expected and more than enough time to cover most outages or allow for an orderly shutdown. I like the LCD panel to show the various stats and modes. It is very quiet -- much quieter than the fans in the rack by an order of magnitude.

Expensive but some perks
I wish this wasn’t so expensive compared to the 2U, but it’s nice to save space and it also has non-backup outlets to protect devices either higher power draw.

Does what it's supposed to do - very solid, and bonus points for Home Assistant Compatibility
Very solid unit. Been running this for a few months now without a blip. Home Assistance compatible (through Network UPS Tools)!

Gorgeous design, quick setup, fits into tight spaces easily
I picked this up for the Verizon Home Internet router that sits atop my chest of drawers. I wanted a pure sine wave (trust me, it's not worth buying simulated sine wave or square wave UPSes) UPS that could fit under that furniture, which meant it had to be under 3" thick. This fit the bill perfectly. It looks really good (even though it's out of the wa so I rarely see it) and the multicolor display is intuitive. Setup was easy. I've seen some other reviews claim that the Mute setting isn't retained across power outages and can confirm that that's not the case. The only drawback is the insanely expensive add-on network card, but a Raspberry Pi can do that trick easily.

Settings reset at power off and on…
We’ve owned a CyberPower OR700LCDRM1U for a couple of years now. This newer model looked like a solid replacement and upgrade contender, however, after we received ours we noticed that the alarms/buzzer does not stay disabled every time the unit is powered off and on. The older/lower model OR700LCDRM1U stays muted. The only other issue with the OR700LCDRM1U is we would like for the buzzer/alarms to be quiet when powering off and on as well. This model here also is very loud and is even louder than the OR700LCDRM1U when powering off and on. Unfortunately, this specific feature limitation is a deal breaker for us and this model will be going back to Amazon as we need a UPS that will be quiet and remain quiet for use during live audio visual production events. Our hope is that CyberPower eventually updates these units to be able to be completely silent at all times of operation and including during powering off and on.
