Best book for beginners
Very pleased with this book. This book is a deal, 10 buck. Shows you the basics which is great. I'm very new to this and it's easy to understand. Has great recipes. You won't be disappointed. The shipping was a Lil late but it's worth it.

These recipes taste amazing! I have made several of these in this book and it prompted me to purchase all of her books. She goes above and beyond and has her recipes tested! The way she melds all the flavors and explains everything in the books is so hopeful for a new canner. Def recommend all of her books!

Good book
Has some good recipes and the basics of what pressures and times to use, the conversion charts are not good by any means(I already know the conversions so doesn’t really bother me), also wish it had a couple extra blank pages to put bits a peaces of other recipes down

Good read and great for beginners
Made a few recipes and they worked so far. Also the paper back is pretty sturdy I still reinforced it so it will last longer. Lots of helpful facts and tips.

I have a lot of canning books. A lot. This one is -by far - the best one in my library. Whether you are new to pressure canning, or a seasoned canner, the recipes is this book will be a game changer. The instructions are clear and thorough, the ingredients lists are detailed and precise. There are simple recipes (tomato juice), chutneys, stocks, broths, stews, whole meals a s more. I am so glad I bought this book. The items I’m canning will make my family cozy and full throughout the coming winter.
