Love it pricey but worth it air smell so clean and leave all moisture in the air

I bought one humidifier and started to use it. I was very satisfied, so I bought another one. They do a good job and are easy to clean. Also, I happened to buy both of them when Amazon lowered their price - one cost me slightly less than $100 and the second one slightly more than $100. The design is great and they function really well compared to some other humidifiers I had in the past.

Works real good. Easy to refil.

Threw this out after 6 months. The water filter got all moldy and nasty. The machine will blink to change the air filter but when looking, not a single dust speck is in it? The water runs out so fast even on the lowest or sleep setting. I have to refill it twice per day. The machine never registers that I have refilled the water so the icon keeps blinking, only resolved by unplugging and plugging back in 5+ times in a row while lifting and dropping the water container. Also, sometimes it will randomly start blinking the humidity level? Like it will blink non stop and quickly, even though it’s at a good green 46% level. Not sure what it’s trying to say. Anyway, to get rid of the moldy filter I need to buy a $40 3 set every 6mo so that will end up costing more than the machine itself within 2 years.

Not very good in my opinion. It keeps turning off on it's own and then back on. I would spend a little more money on something better.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: HEPA filter plus humidifier - exactly what we needed in this air conditioner dominated summer.

Inconsistent operation. Contact with company ineffective for fixing problem! The water level signal comes and blinks after a short time. Company customer services states item is still operating appropriately The flashing water signal that is not supposed to appear until the water level is low is a distraction, esp. when you require use of the item 24/7. Think about the operation of the unit during the night with the blinking bright orange figure that never goes away! Manufacturer's warranty does not support the product!
